All subscriptions will renew automatically, unless cancelled. If you're paying monthly your subscription will automatically renew each month, form the date purchased.
If you've bought the yearly package, this will also be renewed from the date purchased.
Yes, you can cancel anytime.
If you're paying monthly, you can cancel at any time. There is no refund within the month you cancel. Payment will not be taken the following month.
If you've bought a yearly subscription up front, you can cancel, but you won't be eligble for a refund. You will cease to be able to access the content at the end of your year's term.
There are many payment options available, to make it easy as possible to access the Stray Ferret.

Alternatively, you can visit us at our offices on 5 Cambridge Crescent, Harrogate, HG1 1PE and we can help you with payment.
The payments will appear on your bank statements as The Stray Ferret Ltd. Occasionally, this may appear as Stripe - that is only due to the company name not pulling through properly and your subscription will still be valid.
You will be asked to create an account when subscribing to the Stray Ferret.
You can manage your account via the head and shoulder profile in the right hand corner of the screen.
If you need to stop or change your subscription then you can do this via your account.
Yes you can change your subscription from monthly to annual. You will need to cancel your monthly subscription and then set up an annual subscription.
Please check that you are logged into your account. You can log back in to your account with the email and password you used to create the account.
If you have forgotten your password, please click forgot password and follow the instructions.
You will either be asked to show your Stray Ferret subscription account page at the point of sale or if it is an online offer, you will need to click the redeem discount button. You will then receive instructions on how to redeem the discount via email.
